How does MaisonMail work?

Upload your PDF, choose an available mailing service, enter the recipient's address, and pay. We print, envelope, and dispatch your letter through the postal network — no printer or post office visit needed.

What file formats are accepted?

We accept PDF, JPG, PNG, and WebP files. Photos are converted to A4 PDF in your browser before upload. Each source file may be up to 10 MB, and you can upload up to 10 documents per order.

Do I need to create an account?

Accepted Answer

No account is required to send a letter. We use anonymous sessions so you can start immediately. Your order history is accessible via your dashboard if you later choose to register.

Are my documents kept after sending?

Accepted Answer

No. Your source PDF is automatically and permanently deleted from our servers once the order has been dispatched. We never read or share your documents.

How long does delivery take?

Accepted Answer

Standard letters typically arrive within 3–5 business days. Tracked letters arrive in 2–3 business days. Registered letters (with acknowledgement of receipt) follow the same timeframe and require the recipient's signature.

What countries do you deliver to?

Accepted Answer

The destination selector shows the countries currently supported by your sending market. Service availability, price, and delivery estimates update for the selected destination.

Can I track my letter?

Accepted Answer

Yes, when the selected service includes tracking. Once dispatched, you can follow available carrier updates from the MaisonMail tracking page.

What payment methods are accepted?

Accepted Answer

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Alipay, and WeChat Pay. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never store your card details.

Can I cancel or get a refund?

Accepted Answer

Once your order is sent to print it cannot be cancelled. If there is an error on our side (wrong dispatch, damaged letter) we will offer a reprint or refund. Contact us via the contact page.
