Addressing tips for Vietnam
- Use the five-digit Vietnamese postcode from the recipient; the UPU examples place it after the province or centrally governed city name.[1]
- Ward and district details appear above the province and postcode line in the UPU examples.[1]
- Centrally governed cities such as Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City can appear in the province-level line with the postcode.[1]
- The UPU sheet says the new postcode system was introduced in 2017; do not rely on older six-digit examples.[1]
